"I put in for a quote online because I do not enjoy being on the phone, and rather than getting a quote, the office reached out for more information. I started out a little frustrated about that, but then I began working with Tristen. We communicated as much as possible via text, which was much appreciated. We did end up speaking on the phone a few times because of the information that needed to be shared and she was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, kind and was sure to connect on a personal level. She taught me so much about homeowners insurance and as a newer homeowner I was thankful! The company I signed up with initially for my homeowners insurance did not bother explaining anything I had less than mediocre coverage. I now feel knowledgeable and know that I have the best coverage. Tristen is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend working with her for your insurance needs."

"I have had bad luck in the past with state farm. But now I have had my faith restored with Clayton's agency taken over. Particularly working with Tristen and how well she handled my policies. She answered ever question I had with accuracy and efficiency. She never made me feel rushed or incompetent. If I had a problem she resolved it. If she didn't know the answer to a question rather than pretending she did her homework and found out correctly. She saved me time, lots of money, and managed to sell me on policies I had up untill now hadn't been interested in. Without being pushy or pressing she simply advised on the best bang for my buck to convince me which choices to move forward with. This is how businesses should be ran and operated. Take note and give her a raise."
