Since switching to State Farm, it has basically been a ghost town. I have emailed, texted, followed up, and at this point I am starting to wonder if my insurance agent is a real person or just a name on a business card.

I need something added to my policy and once again, I cannot get ahold of anyone. I did not realize getting a response would require the same level of determination as trying to get a teenager to answer their phone.

Getting the policy started was easy. Getting help afterward has been a completely different experience.

If you want an insurance agent you can actually reach when you need something, I would seriously think twice before choosing this office. I should not have to send dozens of messages just to get basic help with a policy I am paying for.
